Because this is my first ever product launch and I am just so f*cking proud of it…
So, today is the day. Let me tell you, guys…launching a physical product is a very interesting experience, lol, but I am honestly just SO proud of how my daily planner turned out and I hope you love it as much as I do 🙂
The Progress Over Perfection Planner
I’ve always been obsessed with planners and, fun fact, I still have my planner from my senior year of college at Hofstra University; I can’t even explain how much joy it brings me to look back and see everything that I wrote down and tracked during a really fun and care-free time in my life. Since my early twenties, I’ve tried probably close to 30 different daily/weekly planners – some better than others – but none exactly what I needed, which is why I decided to create The Progress Over Perfection Planner.
Inside this six-month, undated, daily planner, I’ve compiled all the best planning and motivational tactics that I’ve learned over the years, and I’ve also taken away some of the things I’ve deemed unnecessary that other planners have (i.e., I was once gifted a planner that had a space for every day of the week to write down your “daily weigh in.” NO THANK YOU. Seeing that prompt every day certainly isn’t good for anyone’s mental health, am I right?!”).
THIS planner isn’t about finishing every single thing on your to-do list (hence the “running to-do list” section for things you want to do eventually but can’t do in the present); THIS planner is about making progress and feeling the results of that progress in your everyday life.
Tony Robbins once said “Progress equals happiness. Even if you’re not where you want to be yet. If you’re on the road, if you’re improving, if you’re making progress, you’re gonna love it. You’re gonna feel alive.”
These words inspire me to be the best version of myself and I hope that they, along with this planner, do the same for you.
Xo,
Jamie
This is what’s inside the TPOP Planner…
+ Design your days and manage them (well). Every day gets its own page in the Progress Over Perfection planner. There is space for you to write:
what you are grateful for, your daily affirmation, your daily schedule, your top six tasks for the day, your meals for the day, a daily habit tracker, and your fitness/self-care. Your work and personal priorities are in CLEAR VIEW, along with your daily schedule, which will help you prioritize your day and time.
+ Important dates.
Write them all down in one place (on one page at the front of the planner) so you don’t forget.
+ Your yearly bucket list.
Keep track of everything you want to do for these six months/this year on the yearly bucket list page.
+ Month at-a-glance.
If you’re someone who likes to visually see your month planned out, this monthly section is for you.
+ Weekly inspiration reminders.
At the start of every week, you’ll get a new “reminder” that I know will inspire you for the week ahead.
+ Weekly check-in.
At the end of every week, there’s a space to recap your week where you will write down what you’ve accomplished, learned, memories created, challenges, etc.
+ Your running to-do list.
Didn’t finish everything on your list? Have a project you want to start next month and don’t want to forget? That’s OK, and this space is for you. And, please remember, there’s no shame in having to move something to a different day. Progress OVER perfection, right?
+ Blank pages.
We included six blank pages for anything you might need to record that doesn’t have an assigned space in this daily planner.
Specs:
- 6-month undated planner/journal
- 9.4 inches x 7 inches
- 321 pages
- Black elastic cover band to keep your page/keep your planner closed
I can’t wait to hear what you guys think!
