LOVE your blog- I’ve been reading it for years! I’ve always wondered this…should you apply concealer over or under foundation? Probably a dumb question but I have no clue!

That’s not a dumb question at all. Easy answer: generally speaking, foundation is always first and concealer is second.
I’ve actually tried BOTH ways (especially when I have a zit or blemish) but, truth be told, it looks the smoothest and most natural when you dab and layer the concealer OVER your foundation.
