So if you didn’t already know, Clueless is one of my all-time favorite movies…so when I heard that Calvin Klein was remaking the little white dress from Cher’s date with Christian (who later turned out to be gay), I let out a little yelp of excitement. Ilaria Urbinati, the co-owner of Confederacy, an LA boutique, met with Calvin Klein’s creative director, Francisco Costa, about stocking Calvin’s collection, he just so happened to make the very special, very specific request. “I sort of geeked out on him, (explaining) how my formative-years love of Calvin Klein was partly basedon the little white minidress Alicia Silverstone wears in Clueless,” Urbanati told InStyle.com. “I need you to remake the dress!” Apparently, he didn’t need much convincing…they got their hand on the original pattern and re-created it
