Spring is practically here and I’m totally into this fun cocktail, created by Stephanie Sanders, the corporate mixologist for NINETHIRTY and The Backyard Restaurants at W Los Angeles in Westwood.
- 2 oz. mount gay
- 1 oz. elderflower syrup
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- muddled tarragon
- combine in a shaker and strain into a rocks glass with shaved ice
- garnish with a lime wheel and tarragon sprig
