Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara

So I’ve always been a total mascara junkie but I’ve always been hesitant to put mascara on my bottom lashes…until now.  I’ve seen makeup artists do this, and do it well, but it was always one of those things you just have to leave to the professionals.  Well Clinique swooped in and solved this problem with their new Bottom Lash Mascara.

According to a survey that Clinique conducted, 80% of women said their mascara brush was either too fat, too long or curved the wrong way to apply to bottom lashes- sounds about right.  But it’s not just as simple as making a smaller brush.  Clinique’s Bottom Lash Mascara uses a thermal active formula that lasts for up to 24 hours with out smudging or smearing (thank god) and is also flake-resistant.  Also, it’s only $10…can’t beat that.

Clinque High Impact Curling Mascara

So I’m a long-term Clinique fan and very open about it.  Every time they launch a new product, I’m always surprised that they can actually impress me even more.  It’s kind of ridiculous actually.  I tried out the new High Impact Curling Mascara and my mouth literally dropped.  Not only does the wand have a fun shaped brush (it’s crooked) but it really does make a “high impact,” making the name uber appropriate. The verdict?  No smudging, flaking and came off pretty easy with warm water.  Approved.

Stila Black Diamond Mascara

So I review mascaras a lot and sometimes I feel that every time I try a new mascara, I think it’s even better than the last.  This certainly proves true again with Stila’s Black Diamond Mascara.  I was intrigued when I read about the product and how it’s infused with genuine black diamond powder.  I mean, what girl wouldn’t like that?  What does the black diamond powder do?  It lenghtens and adheres to lashes and results in unusually soft, plush lashes.  Plus, it’s paraben-free.  Amazing.

Physician’s Formula Organic Wear Mascara

So lately I’m obsessing over Physician’s Formula.  I’ve posted about two other products that I absolutely adore and this mascara doesn’t put either of them to shame.  Physician’s Formula Organic Wear Mascara is the first ever 100% natural origin mascara where 100% of the total ingredients are of natural origin AND even the mascara brush and packagine are 100% recyclable.  Worried that because this product is so natural it might not work well?  I worry about that too usually but I’m telling you, this mascara is awesome- even better than some of the non-natural brands that I’ve tried.

CoverGirl LashBlast Length Mascara

So I pretty much love every CoverGirl mascara that I’ve ever tried.  Somehow they manage to continuously outdo themselves every time they introduce a new mascara into the mass cosmetics market.  With that said, their latest, LashBlast Length, gives you ultra-long lashes that won’t break or flake off for all day impact.  The super-length brush is their longest brush ever and gives you expert precision and control that really helps to create individualized, clump-free lashes…the brush is seriously nuts…it has over 450 fine bristles (20% more than LashBlast Volume)!

Mascara Monday: Josie Maran Mascara

So yet another Mascara Monday is here. This week’s product? Josie Maran Mascara. Lately I’m loving Josie’s products as a whole and the mascara is yet another amazing feat. Paraben-free, fragrance-free and even contains jojoba oil, beeswax and the brand’s famed argan oil to condition and strengthen lashes. LOVE.
