There’s been a ton of funny memes going around Instagram about how no one will be able to get their usual beauty treatments while we’re all staying in and practicing social distancing; it’s funny but true. Luckily for me, I’m not super high maintenance. I really only need my hair colored every 4-6 weeks. But other than that, I’m good to go and don’t need someone to do my eyebrows or nails (#THANKGOD).

Anywho, the memes got me thinking about the other thing (aside from my hair color) that I’m pretty obsessed with…my teeth. And actually, I was supposed to get a teeth cleaning next week (obviously now canceled) so that made me remember I shot this blog post awhile back because I love the idea of using chic as sh*t oral care products, you know?

Tongue scraping is life changing and anyone who isn’t doing it needs to start STAT, trust me. When you scrape your tongue you’re essentially removing all the bacteria and saliva sitting on your tongue that can cause bad breath, or even just a bad taste in your mouth. And, as I like to say, once you start scraping you never go back.

Cocofloss Fresh Coconut dental floss:

I admit that I’m not a great flosser; I forget, I’m lazy, I just don’t care? But I got a sample of this from my dentist Dr. Pavlin (she’s amazing if you’re in the LA area!) and became instantly hooked. The flavors are fab (I love coconut but it also comes in mint, strawberry and orange) and this dental floss is basically a loofah for your teeth.

Made of 500+ fibers and infused with purifying coconut oil, the floss attracts gunk and grime like a magnet and gently scrubs away plaque.

Olas Marine Bio Active Mouthrinse:

First of all…this BOTTLE. Chic as sh*t, man. The non-toxic mouthwash is designed with marine bio active ingredients and essential oils that aid in promoting optimal oral health.
