Back in July Kim Kardashian West and her long-time makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic held a makeup master class right here in Los Angeles. It was at this very master class that Kim revealed one of her secret hair products that she claimed really works for damaged, over-processed hair (like most of have).

So what was she referring to?
I immediately ordered the product from Amazon, began testing and, to no one’s surprise, the product that Kim K. raved about (for free, mind you) is AMAZING.
To note, it’s important that you get No. 3 (and not the other two) because No. 3 is specifically for at-home use and the other two are for your colorist, and I don’t know about you, but I certainly don’t want to mess with that kind of chemistry stuff.
Hair Perfector No 3. is meant to be used once a week in between chemical coloring (highlights included) and it honestly really has boosted the strength of my hair.
Here’s how to use it: You apply a generous amount to damp, towel-dried hair and leave on for a minimum of 10 minutes, then rinse, shampoo and condition. This is NOT a conditioning treatment to be left on the hair and should be shampooed out of hair at the end. The longer it is left on, the more effective it is, 10 minutes is recommended but it can be left on for longer periods of time for even better results (Kardashian West sleeps with it on and washes it off in the AM).
Although it’s primarily recommended to repair hair health after coloring, it can also be used to heal heat damage for a variety of hair types.
