Does anyone else have one of these routines?
I’m not exactly sure when I developed an “in front of the TV” skincare routine, but it hit me the other night (as I was rolling the Dermalogica product on my neck), that these four/five products have become a nightly staple for me…
So, here’s what I’ve been using and loving lately…
My “in front of the TV” night time skincare routine
Step 1: Apply a hydrating lip gloss/balm. I rotate between Rhode Salted Caramel Peptide Lip Treatment and NUDESTIX Hydra-Peptide Lip Butter.
Step 2: I put on my Dr. Dennis Gross SpectraLite LED EyeCare Max Pro. Just an FYI, I have an older version but this new/updated version is supposed to be even better. The FDA-cleared LED eye device works to visibly firm skin, reduce wrinkles and fine lines, and diminish the appearance of puffiness and dark circles – all in three minutes per day. I love this thing so much. The brand actually did a 10-week clinical study that showed 97% of subjects showed visible improvement in fine lines, wrinkles, and skin tone.
Step 3: While the mask is working (3 minutes), I apply Dermalogica Neck Fit Contour Serum. Full disclosure, Dermalogica is one of my freelance copywriting clients, but I truly love this neck serum and have definitely seen good results. The product has a rollerball applicator and is formulated with a blend of peptides that work to minimize fine lines/wrinkles, and helps to tone and tighten skin over time. God, I hate tech neck…those horizontal lines, man. They gotta go.
Step 4: After I remove the Dr. Dennis Gross eye mask, I spritz on Prequel Universal Skin Solution Dermal Spray – a great face and body spray that is formulated with pure, stabilized hypochlorous acid, electrolyzed water and soothing mineral concentrate that purifies, calms and alleviates reactive, sensitized and/or compromised skin. It just does a great job of hydrating, while also calming my rosacea.
