Let’s face the facts: Charlotte Tilbury is a thing. I sadly had to miss her LA launch party at The Grove a few weeks ago but I was given the Charlotte Tilbury The Retoucher while I was judging the Glam.com Beauty Awards and I was obviously stoked to test it out. First thing’s first…nab the lightest shade possible- FAIR. Check.

So what makes it awesome? It’s inspired by the “magic” retoucher pen of the professional photographer…as in the retoucher photogs use in Photoshop. Enriched with a radical Lipo-Siliconic compound and special elastomer pearls, it creates a natural healing veil of color that blends seamlessly with your natural skin tone, so that imperfections disappear and pores, lines and wrinkles are minimized. Basically it’s a CC cream version of a concealer- it’s highly pigmented, which I love, but still really blends well into the skin, which you can see in the photo below (that isn’t blended at all).
