Because my eyelashes really ARE longer than your eyelashes (jk, but maybe?)…
Lancome Juicy Shaker in Great Fruit: I love a good lip oil and I especially love how fun it is to shake this bottle up; the first phase is a transparent oil phase for a comfortable non-sticky shine, and the second is the pigment phase for a “shot” of color.
The cocktail blend of five nourishing oils treats your lips like a lip balm. Peach kernel oil, a well-known emollient, softens lips while Sweet Almond oil conditions. Apricot oil hydrates and Cranberry oil provides rich anti-oxidant properties. Muscat Rose oil is rich in essential fatty acids and helps to soothe lips.
Clinique Beyond Perfecting Foundation + Concealer: My shade is “Breeze” and is the lightest shade, obvi. This oil-free foundation and concealer in one (yes, combo products are back!) is lightweight, moisturizing and lasts for about 12 hours. I love that it’s super breathable, yet covers any redness or blemishes that I have. Just FYI that you only need ONE dip of the wand for full-face coverage, which is pretty incredible, and you can use it to spot-conceal as well. Due to the rich pigment level that enhances this flawless coverage makeup, your shade may appear deeper when first applied. Once blended completely and allowed to dry, however, it will blend into your skin so don’t stress about that.
bareMinerals Lash Domination Volumizing Mascara Petite Precision Brush: This is my new fave for my shorter lashes (e.g. lower lashes) since the precision brush is fanned out to capture and amplify short, bottom, and corner lashes with precise volume and intense black color. In tight, hard to reach areas, hold the brush vertically to detail, separate and define lashes with the tapered, bristled tip.
Lancome Drama Liqui-Pencil Extreme Longwear Eyeliner in Brulee: I’ve blogged about this eyeliner before and I’ve been loving this deep chocolate color lately. This eyeliner has the high intensity color of a liquid liner and the ease of application of a pencil. Glide on smooth color while giving eyes maximum color intensity and all-day wear. Featuring a creamy, instantly blendable formula, it sets quickly for 24-hour wear—without budging or fading.
Kate Somerville Goat Milk De-Puffing Eye Balm: I can’t believe that I’ve never tried an eye balm in STICK form before because this stuff is AWESOME. The sheer formula goes on smooth and helps to reduce puffiness, hydrate, and reduce the appearance of crow’s feet and dark circles. Made with soothing goat milk, natural milk proteins, and nourishing manuka honey, it’s my new bedside staple.
SebaMed Lip Defense SPF 30: As someone who is adamant about all things SPF I am OBSESSED with this lip balm, with SPF 30, natch. Full disclosure: SebaMed is my social media client but I’m so glad I was able to try their Lip Defense because now I can’t get enough, especially when I know I’m going to spending any time outdoors. Made with a special formula that includes vitamin E and jojoba oil to heal and soothe chapped lips, this comprehensive lip balm guards your lip tissue from damage in all kinds of weather and, of course, sunshine.
