Sienna Miller’s MTV Movie Awards makeup look

So

CHANEL celebrity makeup artist Kate Lee worked with Sienna Miller on Sunday for the MTV Movie Awards red carpet. She looked gorgeous, no? I loved her makeup AND her dress. “Sienna was wearing one of her own designs for 2812 on Sunday for the MTV awards. As the dress was turquoise and very sparkly, we decided a subdued approach may be best. I painted a thick dark liner along Sienna’s lids, using CHANEL Soft Touch Eyeshadow in Mahogany mixed with a little liner sealer. This is a nice alternative full eye make up. I then curled the lashes and gave them a generous swipe of CHANEL Exceptionnel de Chanel Mascara in Smoky Noir.

On the cheek bones and around the hair line I used CHANEL Soleil Tan de Chanel 4 Facettes Bronzing Powder, this is a great pressed powder with a gradation of colour from the lightest peche tan through to a darker more prominent tan colour. You can use the dark color to sculpt the cheek bones, and the lighter shades to add highlights. You can also use a larger brush and swirl through all the colours to add definition to the decolletage. On the lips I used CHANEL Rouge Allure in Naive, a pale beigy pink.”

CHANEL and Venice, Italy join forces?!

So two of my favorite passions just so happened to cross paths a few days ago – CHANEL and Venice, Italy. Yes, you are correct, CHANEL hosted their 2010 Cruise Collection runway show on the gorgeous Lido Beach in Venice and I’m practically melting while checking out the images. As Rachel Zoe would say, “I die.” I would also die for some of my favorite Venetian gelato. See my favorite looks below and take note of the last photo where the model holds CHANEL sunglasses as if it were a Venetian ask…L-O-V-E.
