Ah, another fashion week. This is officially the second Fashion Week that I’m missing since I moved to LA and yeah, I’m kinda sad about it. However, thanks to the wonderful internet, I can still see all the awesomeness that is L.A.M.B’s Fall 2010 ready-to-wear collection. Gwen has outdone herself once again. Here are my favorites:
So I’ve written many, many posts on Gwen Stefani and her Harajuku Lovers perfume line and it honestly keeps getting better and better. Harajuku Lovers just announced the new launch of Sunshine Cuties – a new limited edition line extension of summer scents, hitting stores in February 2010! They’ve changed up their outfits, tanned (I assume faux tan) the girls up and changed up the fragrances a bit based on each girl’s personality. Can. not. wait. for February.
So there’s lots of exciting nail news as of late- for one, I’m sure you’re all aware of our Gwen Stefani obsession here at QueenoftheQuarterLifeCrisis, so when Gwen’s models showed up wearing white nailpolish we totally freaked out. Love it. The models doned Dashing Diva’s “Fleet Week.” Hmmmm, kind of similar to my first nailpolish obsession EVER.
Second, when I saw CHANEL’s newest cult craze, Jade, a minty green color, I was reminded again of my childhood years…I was OBSESSED with the color green and I used to buy every shade of green nailpolish I could find at the supermarket. Wet ‘n Wild used to make some sicko green shades that I adored. Memories…
So here are two of my favorite looks from the 2010 L.A.M.B Ready to Wear show in New York City. My heart bleeds a little that I couldn’t be there to see it live but thank god for sites like Style.com, right? I melt.
So Saturday night I finally went to the long-awaited No Doubt concert at Jones Beach! It was everything we could’ve hoped for and expected. The band was flawless, the jams were hot and, of course, Gwen’s abs were in FULL force. I’m seriously wondering how much her trainer charges per hour…HA. Anyhow, I found two great videos from the concert on the Village Voice Web site so enjoy. =)
So, how hoooot does Gwennie look on the July cover of ELLE? Gwen’s been my idle since the 6th grade and I STILL get excited every time I see her on a mag cover…don’t even get me started on when I see her live in concert. Anyway, check out the behind-the-scenes video here and run out and get your copy ASAP. I don’t know about you, but I’ll be seein’ No Doubt live (for the first time in what? like 5 years?) on June 27th at Jones Beach. Can. not. wait.
So by now you know all about my love for Gwen Stefani so naturally I was thrilled to find out about her latest perfume extension, Harajuku Girls Snow Bunnies! The scents will remain the same but Gwen and each of her Harajuku girls will strut their stuff in warm winter snow gear. Mark your calendars for September…
