Because you can have summer beach hair, even in the winter…why not?
Just because summer is over doesn’t mean you have to stop doing the beachy waves. Personally, I think they’re a classic and these three new-ish products have been tested (by moi), and I think they’re pretty awesome.
Redken Fashion Waves 07: Redken’s hair products have always been a favorite and even though I was skeptical at first, I ended up being really impressed with this sea salt-infused spray. Your hair will have that tousled look, but not like you literally just got out of the water – the right kind of tousled.
Feel Beachy: This new brand is pretty fab- I love that their version of the beach spray is really versatile in the sense that you can use it on dry hair OR slightly damp hair to give yourself a few different styles of beachy hair. For wild beachy texture, spray on damp hair, tousle and let air dry. For sexy bedhead, spray and scrunch. For huge volume, spray onto damp hair and add heat to styling. Bam.
Bumble and Bumble Surf Foam Spray Blow Dry: To start, I LOOOOVE that this foam spray is infused with coconut water (to help with the drying effect of the sun) and UVA/UVB filters so that your color won’t fade. YES. Second, it’s a part mousse, bart salt spray so it’s perfect for fine to medium hair (just like mine). The salt portion is also not gritty at all, which sometimes happens with beachy hair sprays, and out of all three it’s safe to say this one gave me the most volume…#favorite.
