I’d Swipe Right: It Cosmetics Confidence In a Cream

It Cosmetics Confidence In a Cream review

Because my mom, who isn’t even into beauty products, says this is the only face moisturizer that she’ll use…

Honestly, I feel like my mom’s testimonial is enough to really sell how amazing the It Cosmetics Confidence In a Cream moisturizer actually is (and I love it too, btw).  Funny enough, I just ordered my mom two new jars during ULTA’s 21 days of beauty sale (the $50 jar was on sale for $25!) and she was SO excited when they arrived – she calls it “the yellow cream,” ha!

Here’s why I swiped right on this daily anti-aging face moisturizer…

What caught my attention:

Truthfully, I’ve never met an IT product that I didn’t like, but since I always love a thick moisturizer that’s packed with moisturizing anti-aging ingredients. Who doesn’t?

What it claims to be:

“An ultra-hydrating, anti-aging face moisturizer that’s clinically tested to give your skin a supple, healthier, younger-looking appearance.”

Stalked info:

Like any good moisturizer,  it’s got three main ingredients (but not just these three) that are all AMAZING for your skin (and super hydrating).

  • Ceramides: Help support the skin barrier, keeping skin looking moisturized and supple.
  • Peptides: Help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and support natural collagen for the look of smoother, firmer skin.
  • Hyaluronic Acid: Locks in moisture, supports skin elasticity, and diminishes the look of fine lines and wrinkles.

Also, I should note that It’s Confidence in a Cream Hydrating Moisturizer is the number one anti-aging facial moisturizer in the US (based on NPD units for 2018), which is a pretty MAJOR flex.

What I thought after our first “date”:

After I tried this the first time my skin was definitely very hydrated and felt great!  I also love that, with continued use, this moisturizer reduces the appearance of pores and discoloration. And also plumps the look of fine lines and wrinkles over time.
