Because, believe it or not, the shape of this mascara wand makes SO MUCH SENSE…
Lancôme Grandiôse Mascara is, in fact, grandiose because it actually works WITH the shape of your face, as opposed to against it like normal mascara wands. When I first saw the shape of its patented “swan neck” wand, I immediately thought to myself “this is brilliant.” The shape allows for you to really get in there, without feeling like your about to jab out your own eye with a long, straight stick (you can probably tell I feel this way sometimes).
Here’s how to apply your mascara with this swan neck brush:
- Work the lashes starting at the outer corner of the eye and moving inward
- Position the brush parallel to the lash line, and at the root of the lashes then apply
The smudge-free formula features Lancôme’s rose cell extract, which nourishes and smooths lashes while providing a TON of buildability, which I love, and the curve of the wand actually mixes the mascara with each twist open, allowing for formula that stays fresh longer.
