As a beauty expert/blogger, you guys know that I’ve tried A LOT of skincare products, and I’ve always been skeptical about products that promise overnight results. It just seems too easy and too good to be true, right? That is until I tried the @BiggerThanBeautySkincare Overnight Sensation Gentle Retexturizing Solution. #ad @ThriveCausemetics

I was initially drawn to this product because of its high-potency blend of AHAs, BHAs, and fruit enzymes, which promise to visibly improve the look of uneven tone, pores, fine lines, and overall skin texture. But what really sold me was the addition of bakuchiol, a plant-based retinol alternative that visibly firms skin and diminishes signs of aging while you sleep. Despite my initial skepticism, I decided to give it a try. Head over to ThriveCausemetics.com to read my full review and to see some of the brand's before/after images! (I linked the blog post in my Stories) 🤍

It’s been awhile since I’ve re-introduced myself around here. For any new followers, hi 👋 I’m Jamie. Here’s what you can expect on my page…

✔️ lots of beauty reviews and product recommendations (I have 18 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a specialty in skincare)
✔️ links to products I’m obsessed with and random shit I find on Amazon
✔️ sporadic cat content 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛
✔️ grief awareness and tips on how to help your friends/loved ones going through their grief journey (I also share my own grief journey after losing my little sister in 2016 and my dad in 2019)
✔️ lots of sarcasm and self-deprecation
✔️ TV show reccos and commentary (including reality tv). Yes, I love the Kardashians and Vanderpump Rules. No TV snobs allowed here 😹
✔️ political and activism content. I’m a Liberal and I talk about issues that are important to humanity. Feel free to unfollow if that bothers you (I love it when the 🗑️ takes itself out 😹)
✔️ frequent reminders to wear SPF
✔️ millennial nostalgia
✔️ fun stuff to do/restaurant recommendations in LA

Btw, I also have a podcast (@alittletoomuchpodcast) and I created a daily planner that has changed the game, IMO (@tpopplanner)

I had to share my five absolute must-have beauty products from the @CVS_Beauty Epic Beauty Event. For anyone who doesn’t know, CVS is currently running a HUGE SALE (now through April 8) and thousands of (already affordable) skincare, makeup, hair care, and wellness products are all majorly discounted. Personally, I love a good buy online, pick up in store option, so that’s what I did – make sure to watch my video to see the five products you need to grab stat and you can go to cvs.com/epicbeauty or my LTK to shop! #AD #CVSBeauty #beautyunaltered @shop.ltk #liketkit

Super excited to partner with @lauragellerbeauty today on this- they are such advocates for women over 40 and were a huge part of my “turning 40” journey 🤍🪩I also want to call out my must-have/favorite from their brand: the Laura Geller Best of the Best Baked Full Face Basics Palette- it’s great for every day, but especially good for travel (I brought it to Sonoma in November!) since you get pretty much everything you need in one place. We’re talking 3 eyeshadows, bronzer, 2 highlighter shades and blush! Linking in my Stories 🤍 #ad
