Obviously we all love our Kate Somerville and La Mer but, yeah, when something from the drugstore is actually awesome, I’m all about it. Here are three of my latest favorites…

First off, this eye mask just looks fun, right? It’s green (my favorite color) and feels super hydrating. It’s specifically formulated (for your eye area) to soothe and moisturize the area in about 10 minutes. And it’s also perfect for a selfie, not for nothing…
Almay Instant Glow Highlighting Duo:
I’ve really been getting into highlighter the past year or so and these new Almay versions are pretty fantastic. This two-in-one cream and liquid highlighter gives skin the perfect level of radiance for a healthy glow. It essentially instantly adds dimension wherever you apply it (I like under my eyes and around my nose) but doesn’t look crazy glowy. They recommend that light to medium skin tones, use Soft Glow and medium, to deep skin tones, use Nude Glow but I was honestly into both shades (and I’m clearly light skinned). You can also mix the highlighting liquid with moisturizer or foundation for an all-over glow that’s not just on one area. Love this!
Covergirl Katy Kat Eyeshadow Palette in Hot Cat:
Katy Perry’s collab with Covergirl was even cuter than I expected; this eyeshadow palette, in particular, caught my eye because the colors are actually perfect day-to-night shades…and obviously I also like that two cat faces are involved.
Speaking of cats, I had to give a special shout out to The Purrfect Accessory and their super cute petite cat druzzy necklace. I love that it’s small and delicate and, best of all, the company donates a portion of proceeds to local animal rescue organizations.
