I always wish that I could be one of those girls. You know the ones. So, how do you use it? You gently squeeze the tube to release the product onto your cuticles- it will soften them up a bit- and massage it in. Then you just use the pen tip (the white part) to gently push them back. Wash off the remaining product and voila- soft, clean cuticles. Done deal.
