4 Do-Good Products for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

I’ve always loved that October is so strongly associated with breast cancer awareness, especially considering ONE in EIGHT women will be diagnosed with breast cancer (yep, it’s that high).

4 Do-Good Products for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

There are always a TON of breast cancer awareness products released every year. However, I wanted to take a minute to showcase some of my favorite BCA products. All from brands that are donating a substantial amount of money to help spread awareness and stop the disease.  Here are my faves:

Ralph Lauren Romance perfume

Ralph Lauren Romance perfume

Ralph Lauren is always an incredible supporter of breast cancer awareness, and I’m absolutely in love with their Romance fragrances.  The brand will donate 100% of profits (with a minimum of $100,000!) from every bottle of Romance, Midnight Romance and Tender Romance to the Ralph Lauren Pink Pony Fund, a global initiative that fights breast cancer.

Dogeared Fight For the Girls bracelet

Dogeared created a few exclusive pieces to support breast cancer awareness and will be donating 40% of proceeds for each piece sold to The National Breast Cancer Foundation <3.

P.S. I designed the gold rose ring I’m wearing in my sister’s memory. You can purchase it here and read my story here.

Baby Foot Foot Peel

Baby Foot Foot Peel

This hands down a life staple of mine (see my full review with crazy photos, HERE), so when I found out about this limited edition pink version, I knew I had to include it.  Baby Foot is working hard this month to promote breast cancer awareness with their limited edition pink box. The all-natural foot exfoliant contains 17 natural extracts that help get your feet back to looking and feeling like, well, a baby’s foot. Ten percent of proceeds from their limited edition pink box will be donated to the American Cancer Society.

And here are a few things you can do to help, via social media…

Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm

I included this cleanser in my roundup. Clinique is currently running a social media campaign called #TakeTheDayOff Challenge, in support of Breast Cancer Awareness month.

Here’s how it works: The brand is asking influencers, consumers, friends and colleagues to show @Clinique how you remove your makeup. Post a video or photo of yourself removing your makeup on Facebook. Then, challenge three friends to join the cause with you. Use all three hashtags #CliniqueDonates, #TakeTheDayOffChallenge, and #PinkRibbon25. Then, they’ll donate $10.00 (up to $250,000) to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.  Note: You can use any makeup remover or method you like – Clinique products are not required.

Kiehl’s #KissForTheCure: Through October 31st, on all social channels, Kiehl’s will donate $1 to early detection and prevention programs for every post of someone blowing a kiss to the camera, tagging @Kiehls and #KissForTheCure, up to $35,000. Do it- so easy and such a good cause!

They’re also selling this insanely cute Butterstick Lip Treatment Duo, where 100% of Kiehl’s net profits (up to $25,000) from the sale of this set will benefit Bright Pink for breast health education programs.  One set helps empower 12 women with breast cancer prevention and early detection.
