The lipstick that the internet freaked out over, inspired by unicorn tears...

Because this lipstick is now “internet famous”…

Naturally, when the internet literally exploded with a lipstick dubbed “Unicorn Tears,” I was intrigued. I’m not usually a fan of lipstick in wild colors but there was something super magical about the sky blue lipstick that turns into a sheer lavender when applied to lips.

Too Faced La Creme Color Drenched Lipstick in Unicorn Tears: It’s holographic, if you had to describe it in one word. The lipstick itself is super hydrating (a big bonus), but I did have to apply a few coats to my lips before it really “stuck.” Infused with white lotus flower extract to hydrate, soothe and condition the lips…oh and let’s also discuss all of the peptides (perhaps actual unicorn tears?) known to stimulate collagen and help give lips a smoother-looking appearance.

Skincare benefits aside, let’s discuss this COLOR…thoughts? I’m into it from an artistic perspective, but it’s not something I’d wear out to the grocery store, ya know?
