So I really want to be able to wear headbands. I keep seeing celebs and “regular people” wearing them and I saw reallllly cute ones at J.Crew the other day. The thing is, I just don’t know if I can actually pull it off (there’s always at least one trend a season that I like but don’t know if I can actually do it…and that is SO annoying)
Anyway, there are thick ones and thin ones- I could probably get away with a thin one (maybe with a cute pattern?) but I just don’t have enough hair to get away with the thick one- damn you fine hair!

So I’m gonna let you in on a little secret…after watching the movie, Mean Girls, I started thinking about how funny the idea of a “burn book” is. Not a burn book for other girls but maybe for all the guys that have f-ed me over in my “dating life.” It’s a known fact that dating is dead but yet, there is still such heartbreak. Well I made a Burn Book and I have to say, if it serves no other purpose, it definitely makes me laugh when I look at the pages of a-holes that I wasted time caring about.

So the May issue of Teen Vogue came out today. I never really had much of an opinion on Mandy Moore– I always thought she was pretty but kinda just “whatever” on the Hollywood scale. Well, I noticed her today; she looks AMAZING on the May cover! She is just one of those girls who looks great as a blonde AND a brunette (people always claim the same about me but I’m sticking with blonde for now)

So I’m completely obsessed with these soft/cozy/fuzzy socks. I’m not sure what their technical title is but they are like walking on clouds! I have two sets of pastels and I still want more. I think you can get them at Target, K-Mart, WalMart,etc. but if you can’t find them try ebay- I found a bunch for cheap.

So I’m really happy and relieved that Nicole Richie and DJ AM got back together (!) I know it’s crazy…I mean, I don’t even know either of them…but there is something about them as a couple that I just L-O-V-E. They’re so cute and seem so in sync and truly in love- which is so rare in today’s world. It just saddens me that she has gotten so thin; I thought she looked amazing on The Simple Life 3– she was skinny but still looked healthy.

So I actually still remember getting one of my first bottles of nailpolish. I had this ivory skirt and blazer set to wear to a family holiday and my Aunt Edna bought me Revlon in “Pure Pearl” to match my outfit…still a classic (and I just got a new bottle)
