I was truly honored to be invited to a lunch last week celebrating the #StigmaFree campaign, a partnership between  Philosophy’s hope & grace initiative with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).  The national effort focuses on shattering the stereotypes associated with mental health, which is something I think is becoming increasingly important in today’s society.  I had the chance to chat with E!’s Catt Sadler, who actively support’s Philosophy’s program, on all things NAMI, beauty and, of course, her best advice to her younger self.
